Probably all the different gradients and colour. Simplify the logo, stabilise the flag, and change the colours.

If they are spending this kind of money though, why not go back to the provincial designs, which were by far the best looking ones.

I dont think PIA needs outsourcing for just painting.
But our kleptocrats, pseudo intellectuals destroyed the PIA. If there is will PIA once again can be a profitable national organization.

Terrible livery. Ripped off Qatar's back end and Virgin Atlantic's front end with the amateurish wavy flag. Font is not matching. Terrible stylistics between the logo and the font. Terrible use of the flag. Blue and yellow colors? Seriously? A disservice to the Markhor. Just terrible all around. Hope it fails like the premier service.

Also, what terrible branding! Just like the failed "premier service" that was launched with aplomb from the gullible public. No on knows or cares about the Markhor, either in Pak or abroad. PIA and the green tail are universally recognized. Best branding is done by improving service standards not coloring like a prepubescent child on aircraft. There is no one-trick solution to PIA's woes. Hard work, tough decisions and perseverance is the only way but alas desis are too lazy.

Hire an actual branding agency (like they did with the excellent 90s livery) and stop this paindu nonsense.
