Why would we shoot her, then airlift her, then save her life, then fly her all the way to Manhatten just to risk a court case where she could be found non-guilty-why spend millions when we could have just let her die?.

Because that's what civilized nations do - they afford a fair trial. India could have shot Kasab on the street but he was given a fair trial - even offered consular access. But you can't expect a country like Pakistan with no track record of justice or democracy to understand that.

Let suppose, whatever you say is some kind of practice at all, I am surprised why India hasn't brought this to International Court/Forum and prove his innocence. Even for the sake of your argument per your so-called claim, Indian Authority did not enquire the same from Iran either nor Iran admitted/acknowledged as such but saying the same again & again wouldn't change the facts. No matter what people says, the fact is, Pakistan knows how to deal such matters so the time has come that India must show its international power claimed in lieu of economy and defence purchasing with influence over other countries (as per online experts as well) to call upon Pakistan which is actually left alone in international forum as per NaMO.
