Its Iranian product for sure, Houthis are a wonderful opportunity for Iran to live test their missiles against KSA defenses, this will let them assess the abilities of RSAF in case of a future conflict with Iran. if Houthis had already develped this missle they would have struck KSA in retaliation to KSA's first air strike on yemen, that would have halted KSA aggression there and then but its timing shows that its an Iranian product being tested against RSAF (Royal Saudi Armed Forces) to assess their defensive capabilities, however, such an assessment could be misleading because missile pose real threat if they are loaded with WMDs be it nuclear, chemical or biological, that does not seem to be the case here so attacking a country like KSA with missiles loaded with TNT and inviting a massive response by air strikes from KSA with their F-15SA , Typhoons etc would be suicidal. Iran shouldn't play with fire.
