Yaum-e-Shuhada 2014 (Rememberance Day of Martyrs)

So according to you, Army is bound to salute the choors and dakus ( thieves).

No, the Officer holding the post of COAS is bound to salute his Constitutionally mandated superior officer, whoever that might be at that time. The honor of the rank and post is the important thing.

Hey man remember the most powerful are not politicians the most powerful thing in the country is it's nation, who elects it's politicians and can even put them out from their office. Nations is the real boss.

Yes. That exactly what elections are for. Not Martial Law.

Pak army is going outstandingly well they have protected Pakistan from all enemies and they will keep protecting us in future Insha Allah.

That success is debatable, not a given.

And I firmly believe that we don't need those politician who in time of danger, packs their stuffs and make trips to London, Saudi Arabia or india. And they say Bye bye to us when we need them

You have the right to your opinion. Let the nation chose or not chose such politicians at the next elections.

. . . .
Our success of army is not debatable but it's the credibility of our politicians which is debatable.

The sacrifices the brave men have made are not debatable, and they must be honored.

However, an Army that sent in SSGs into Tirah without air cover cannot be regarded as unconditionally successful. What do you think?

Who tell you that army and SSG didnot got the air over. They went their with proper plan and has wiped out terrorists from that valley.

election commission is not legal authority, actually nothing was legal of Zardari regime.

Please read Part VIII: Chapter 1: "Chief Election Commissioner and Elections Commissions" of the Constitution. It is indeed the proper legal authority for this. Its authority is not dependent on any government but derives directly.

Who tell you that army and SSG didnot got the air over. They went their with proper plan and has wiped out terrorists from that valley.

So what happened to the first wave of attacks, and how many casualties were caused by the insurgents? All noble shaheeds, those brave SSGs, but they went into battle without the proper planning.

. .
Salam All Shaeeds and Gazis of Pakistan, Kashmir and elsewhere . May Allah Qabool your Shadat. Amen. Pakistan Zindabad. Afwaj e Pakistan Paendabad.

. . .
Appreciating the sacrifices of the shuhada is important, but it must not be an excuse to hide the deficiencies of leadership that put them in the gravest of dangers in the first place.

Preventing war is a civilian job.

Once in the 'gravest of dangers' causalities are bound to happen, though the numbers vary. Every nation has a different way of how it perceives victory. No leader likes to bear causalities, but then advising soldiers from behinds the comforts of a keyboard on how to prevent casualties is one thing, and doing it on ground in view of the resource constraints is totally another.

Saying things like; Should have send them under air cover, AWACS should have been there, area should have been sanitized earlier (who the heck is going to sanitize the area for the sanitizing force itself?) blah blah is easy, real easy. Anybody who has played Commandos can do it well!

.
After 10 years of giving blind sacrifice, bravery has already crossed the line, and now it seems more like stupidity. This includes, public too.

Sorry if it sound rude but that's the reality.

No point in dying or going for dangerous operation, when army have enemies in shape of political parties, judiciary and media.

Going to risk your life in war, without getting rid of obvious supporter of your enimies, is height of stupidity.

I agree with you sir , but a army jawan cant think selfish like us .... no matter what we , media or politicians do .. its his job to protect us .. he do by giving his life .. and that's why they get the position where you and I can hardly fit ...
Shaheed ki jo maut hai , Wooh quam ki hayat hai ...
