You clearly have no idea about politics. Since Hasina is closely tied to India and Russia, she will try to make deals with Russia and don't be surprised if somewhere in the future she decides to buy crap from India. As long as we buy Russian weapons, the Indians will have a clear idea of what exactly are we capable of and it helps them a lot even if a war arises (yes, you need to be prepared for such even if there's almost no chance f that happening).

Mig-29 is a legend but it is a thing of the past, the design is 40 years old and Russia isn't planning on improving its design (mig-35's completely different). And have you seen any country buy Mig-29's recently? The J-10 is a design that was based on the F-16 and later Eurofighter. And plenty of countries are planning on replacing the Mig-29 either with F-16, Su-30 or the newer Mig-35.

Yes but we didn't buy either of Mig-29 or Mig-35 and we have countless trainers and our only strike aircrafts are 6 Mig-29 (8 including 2 trainers). The F-7 is old and should be either replaced or turned into trainers (former is better as they are a little too old) and if so happens we will only have the Migs in case of any war. Mig-35 would be way too expensive for bangladesh to afford.

Really, I saw the US bomb the hell out of Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya, Soviets carpet bomb the whole of Afghanistan, invade Chechnya. You need to come back to the real world.

It's easier for India to set up a puppet regime (Hasina) then invade Bangladesh.

I didn't know 2003, 2011 and 2001 were in the 19th century. Also, neither was 1980-1990 into the 19th century (20th century).
