Whats wrong with people cherishing something they want to beling to?
Celebrate with them. Culture and Art brings happiness. Why this reactivity?
Even in central punjab you will find so much difference in a Lahori , Faisalabadi , Jhangvi , Chinioti etc. Its diversity , Whats wrong with it.
And i agree on City states. Its the only solution to Most of Problems in Pakistan.

but they all call themselves Punjabi, we just say we have different dialects, we joke about it too can identify ourselves with different dialect but all are people of land of the 5 rivers
you can cherish or even celebrate your unique culture- I have a majha dialect , my mother has a doabi dialect, I am lahoriya and like all Lahoriyas, I am proud of it and cherish its cultural legacy

but we don't go and create new identities not found or mentioned anywhere in history- this should be corrected not mitti pao attitude
