We all know that Pakistan does has influence on afghan Taliban so how come are they now helping TTP?

Yes, Pakistan has influence over Afghan Taliban, but it does not control it.

From the recent past, Afghan Taliban has shown they won’t do Pakistan’s bidding. Taliban and TTP are bhai bhai. Taliban will only go so far against the TTP. It seems to be in their interest to not touch them. They have their hands full with ISIS and other groups and then there is a question of governance and worldly things which these madrassa kids are not cut out for.

So now we have a problem with 2 terrorist groups which are unable to be controlled or influenced. You can thank the establishment for it.

Coming to your question, whether the establishment willingly doesn’t wipe them out to keep them in the strategic calculation. That could be, but my opinion the major factor is the mediocrity of the duffers.

2022 & 2023 are the worst now in terms of our security forces as it was in 2006 & 2007. Our Military really need to focus on this.
