Well that is what our regime fails that we could have taken the opportunity of 4 wars fought with Pakistan to get that area touching Afghanistan but unfortunately they are very diplomatic, even with Pakistan.

Let me be very Frank with u all...One shud understand tht Kashmir{not AJK] jus cannot be taken diplomatically...leave the option of taking it by force!
The reason is tht Pak jus doesnt hav the required resources and manpower(Only taking Army into account leaving IAF and IN aside) to sustain a conventional war with Pak as annexation by Pak will require conventional means rather thn gOing nuclear(unless u want to nuke a land wich u want to occupy). lol!

Also,the Kashmir issue jus cannot be solved in a way Pak wants ie Giving Kashmir to India or making Kashmir independent!
The onli option left is acceptance of the current status quo by Pak and be content with it!

Bcoz ny misadventure by Pak has the potential to escalate into full fledged war wich will set both countries back (Bt Pak will be hit more badly bcoz of their current state of economy).

It has become now a matter of pride fr both the nations so neither is willing to bow down in front of the other!
As Nizam Sethi said once "kuch lene k liye aapko kuch dena hoga aur kashmir k masle me jyada dena hoga kyunki aapka dushman aapse jyada bada hai".

Thanks for writing all this. But what you or what you believe. It would be the guys that we would vote to decide what would be our policy towards Kashmir or India in general. Thanks for your suggestions though.

Because of the huge population, the economy will not fall, bcause the demand will always either be constant or high which leads to more production of good and the buying selling does not discontinue which gives more and more jobs.. You need to learn some basic principles of economics.

you came into kashmir we took Hyderabad. Meanwhile Hyederabad would be a land locked country so its existence or calling ti a Pakistan would be near to impossible as the Nawab itself was not secular among secular.
