Unfortunate weakness of the Govt. According to Pakistan law, anyone threatening to kill another person or inciting a third party to kill another person is liable to be tried for attempted murder. Don't know if this could be applied to other nations. As India is considered an enemy so noone mind anti Indian speech no matter how virulent it is. Noone considers it a offence. Just like noone considers it a offence in India to talk against Pakistan. Hatred is two way. However i do think that our law should cover it because of the extremism problem in our country.
