They say they want freedom, but in reality they want anarchy, and anarchy especially in Muslims countries like Pakistan.

Even here in western countries spreading fake news is becoming more and more a crime. If cases are ongoing against some individuals, they can’t express anything anything related to them - cases - to avoid any influence on it.

Even if in western countries the media are enjoying freedom, it is under strict laws and under strict watch of organisations which are part of states idhareys.

News channels have strict rules, so what we don’t have the right to have mature media ?

"That's exactly what I'm talking about. Twitter didn't delete my whole account. But they deleted a tweet they said violated Pakistani law. Twitter said that to me in an email. I'm in Canada. Twitter is in America. But Pakistan censored us," he tweeted.
This idiot should take up his complain with Twitter if he thinks they did something unreasonable, his way of speaking and insulting SMQ was completely ridiculous

Frankly, I believe in free speech but in a society like Pakistan, it is more important for government to curb unrest, and control people from abusing 'free speech'. These journalists complain about China but i doubt China gives 2 hoots about what they think.

Responding to the allegations, Qureshi said, "first of all you want your sentiments to be respected. Just look at the tone to the panel you have adopted. Is that the correct way? You have a right to ask questions."

"You have double standards what you call freedom; at times you are projecting certain agendas," the minister said.

Replying to a question on Pemra's recent decision to take three television channels off air, the arrest of journalists and deepening concerns about censorship, Qureshi said there was "no question of gagging" journalists.

"Believe you me, there is no question of gagging or controlling media," he told the conference co-hosted by Britain and Canada.

SMQ replied him appropriately, but these people do not understand this language.
