You would need warhead a size of 18 wheeler truck to destroy a dam, nit some puny 50 kg or so of your impotent missiles; that too if you ignore that Pakistan is a downstream state and water released would flood pakistan.

We are on the cusp of major economic growth and our Military power will grow alongside and we are beginning to use diplomatic relations quite well

No, 99 percent of Indian dams are not within Pakistani Artillery reach.. You know what is with in Artillery reach. It is Pakistans second largest city.. Which is just 30 km from Indian border.

So be careful about those Artillery strikes on Indian dams.. Because Indian MBRLs and heavy Artillery can flatten Lahore without even leaving Indian border.

You do realize that Indus's water is reserved for Pakistan ( minus our cut ) as per IWT, right? Any adventure by China on this river, will give us a free hand in blocking all water from this river ( and perhaps rest two as well depending on our mood ) to flow into Pakistan, which has been collected in our catchment area. ( Google catchment area of rivers. Will help you in understanding my next point regarding Brahmputra).

80% of catchment area of Brahmputra lies in our territory. China blocking the river at Brahmputra, will give us a reason to block water from flowing into Bangladesh. Our loss will be minimum, while Bangladesh will be severely hit. Guess, who will be blamed for this ?

and BTW China has not yet blocked Brahmaputra. Neither does it plan to. You have so much to learn.

Hmm, the most feeble attempt to appear as if you are in a comfortable position. But unfortunately for you, it does not seem to jive when the facts. Here are the historical facts from the very birth days:

1. india was broken into 2 nations from the very onset even though the majority of the population (hindu) voted against partition.
2. Right after birth, AJK (what you call Azad Kashmir) was snatched away from india.
3. india was Humiliated by China in 1962.
4. Pakistan and india had a stalemate with Pakistan maintaining a high upper hand thanks to air superiority.
5. Civil war of 1971 is the only one that india can claim to have won due to half of he Pakistan military (bengalis) having rebelled. But even that resulted in the 3 splits in india.
6. Kargil, 5000+ dead indians and still couldn't take the highest peak from us.

And now for a reality check on the dams; if Pakistan decides engage in bombarding the indian dams, what can india do? Nothing. If india can't even conduct a simple sirjikal strike in spite of your claim that we are pumping in freedom fighters in kashmir and had to make a laughable fake claim, what can india possibly do if we engage in calculated bombing indian of your dams? Sending in freedom fighters (as per your own claim) is far worse than bombing dams.

Face the cold hard facts; there is a reason why modi has been all words and no action, be it sirjikal strikes or stopping our water. because he knows all too well that the consequences will be fatal for india.

If China opts for any adventure, you won't have any water left to block buddy. and and as long as we get our water as per the IWT, that's all that we care about. Discarding iwt by india will result in steps taken by Pakistan and even China that india just could not survive.
