This is not our culture even we many of our deities represent women but it happens when you have weaker laws and people with less courageous against crimes and criminals.
It is on rise because ruling party is more busy in dividing country our religion rather them implementing harsher punishments.
Really a very sad incident but my question is incident like this not happen in Pakistan or rest of the world? why so much cheer leading rather then discussing the possible ways to control it?

Lets talk about India leave them alone even DNA was not consider evidence there.Yet we make sure to provide justice to the victims. But in some countries the norm is to protect the convicts not victim. The conviction rate is hardly 10% there. LOL
Alcohol abuse, cinema and politician are the main cause behind since these politician came to rescue their voters. Their goons roaming streets to save animal but never let any lady go without molestation or even rape.
This happens in India also just google it and you will find many incident in Punjab as well, problem is mutual is they could understand but they believe in throwing under carpet.

What a disgusting vile people. I try to be soft on Indians considering that its usually the perpetrator and can't blame whole country for it. But the apathy and vileness shown here by the whole group shows otherwise. It is literally making me nauseate and sick in the stomach.

Its not an issue of your government tbh, its about you as a society decaying. When you adopt shamelessly the western culture, you endup neither here or there.

You just discussed one of the reasons by pointing at others while calling the discussion as cheer leading as many of us don't want to hear it so the same could be dealt because it is the evil of your house and ego wouldn't let it happen. This is also one of the reasons that subject is banned on Pakistan Defence due to low capacity of intellectual discussion by many here.
