Punjabi culture = Punjabi area = Punjabi people.
Sindhi culture = Sindhi area = Sindhi people.
Pashtoon culture = Pashtoon area = Pashtoon people.
Arabic culture = Arabic area = Arabic people.
European culture = European area = European people. etc etc.
