I am sure if modesty is adopted by women and media imposes a discipline on modesty of content, number of rape cases will definitely reduce to almost 10-15%.

I disagree.

You can impose modesty all you want on Women, but in the end, it is the Men who CHOOSE to molest, Men who CHOOSE to rape.

Whether Indian Men like it or not, Indian Women will likely demand more freedom. Economic, Social and sexual freedom.

The right to choose their jobs, the right to choose who they sleep with, and the right to walk unmolested (pun intended)

Trying to find a super generalized and superficial bandaid will not solve the issue.

Agree with this. Also the Indian justice system is also fairly insenstitive and slow to turn it's wheels on sexual violence, coupled with the fact that societal norms of Izzat, or 'honour' that shames the Women into silence

It is the mindset of men here that a woman wearing less clothes implies she is loose or deserves or wants to be raped.
