You might actually find that to be a tough sell if somebody has to move to some of the least developed countries (like CAR)...unless they are African-American...or like some members here in this thread are showing...have some kind of fetish.

However if they move to some of the more developed ones (like Ghana) it may be an easier sell.
No, it was between average wage and 2x GDP per Capita, higher than average wage. They were choosing between 50k-60k RMB in China (lower than GDP per capita) and 240k RMB in Africa. So the equivalent would indeed be 40k vs 150k. And they're not going to CAR, they're going to Guinea and Ghana, where China has projects.
