A 24-year old woman has accused her husband of physical abuse and forced conversion to Islam. This case of Love Jihad has been reported from Jaipur, Rajasthan. The women has registered a complaint in Malviya Nagar Police Station against her husband and his brother, of gang rape and forced conversion into Islam

As reported in Hindi daily Amar Ujala, the woman befriended the man with the name ‘Ishant’ on Facebook in 2016. Soon they got into relationship. As per the woman, when she became aware of actual religion and identity of the man, she tried to break the relationship but he threatened to defame her by posting her private pictures on Facebook.

Whenever she tried to break the relationship with him, he threatened to kill her as well as her mother. Later she gave birth to a baby. Soon after the birth of the baby, the man forced the woman’s sister to convert to Islam and get married to his younger brother. Earlier she was hesitant but only when the matter came on her sister, the woman gathered courage to take a stand against her husband. She even accused her husband to force her to get into physical relationship with his friend.
