Will Trump direct a military strike against Iran?

No war is gonna happen , all these huffing and puffing happen to put pressure on Iran to make it to break the N deal consequently give them more pretexts for more pressures ... and claiming it was Iran at first which break it not us.

It's just a bill to let Iran know that the US will support any decision to take action should Iran go Nuclear, if it passes.

If it doesn't pass, no US President needs the approval of anyone to carry out preempt strikes against any nation.
Is that American concern?

Is that American concern?

Yes?

Israel is already, while unconfirmed, nuclear weapons capable .

You want the Saudis/ UAE/ Qatar/ Bahrain/ Kuwait/ Egypt possibly going nuclear hot also?

You want some Saudi Navy ship getting buzzed by a few Iranian motor boats, on a joy ride, leading to a nuclear exchange?

It's best to keep the Middle East Nuclear Free. I know about the internal struggles within the Iranian Government & Military over a nuclear weapons program. If you're going to be sanctioned for 30+ years might as well have something to give the middle finger back to the "Big Satan" right?

Wrong.

Why You and israel don't give up your nukes? It's best to keep the WORLD Nuclear Free.
And when I say it ain't your concern I meant it .. it's not your concern.

Trump will be naive, Iran has good relationship with India, Russia and China

Who cares about india .. it's already in US camp..If war brokes between US and Iran..India will stay neutral ..or if there will be puny chance to take sides..India will go with US..But IMO most probably it will stay neutral..
Now China will also act neutral but will support Iran accordingly..
But Russia will come out full on support and help for Iran..

Thats the point... India is the 5th biggest economy in the world, by attacking Iran, India and USA relationship will worsen.

USA dont want to lose India as a friend for sure.

Yes.

I don't have much time to explain but I think there will be coming fireworks. Trump is so crazy.

However coming [defensive] Iran war with Dumb jew worshipper America won't end Iran, as Iran Iraq war didn't end Iran however big troubles will be made for Iran.

I think a strike against Iran is rational. There are many human rights grounds to launch it, but it should remain military targeted as opposed to being civilian targeted. Trump could also invest in the Kurdish side of Iran to riase nationalistic awarness there and raise the profile for autonomous Kurdish provinces in Iran.

A new draft resolution at the US House of Representatives is now more urgent than ever. This resolution is related to giving the authority to the US president to direct a preemptive military strike against Iran, in light of the escalating threats from Iran and its militias in the region, especially in Yemen, Syria and Iraq.

Elsie Hustings, member of the Foreign Affairs Committee at the US House of Representatives, issued a regulation on January 3rd, called H. J. RES 10, authorizing the use of the United States Armed Forces to achieve the goal of preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. This resolution allows the US President to use the armed forces in a preemptive strike against Iran.

This list has been provided along another list asking to impose sanctions on Iran, after the development of a ballistic missiles program, with the start of the new Congress session earlier this year.

There are voices in the Congress, led by Republican representatives calling for the imposition of other sanctions because of Tehran’s violations of human rights and its support for terrorism in the region.

Hossein Mousavian, former spokesperson of Iran’s nuclear negotiating team and former aide to Iran’s Supreme Council for National Security, warned his country from activating the program of the “regime change” in Iran with Trump’s presidency.

In an interview with reformist “asharq” newspaper, Mousavian said the names suggested for Trump’s foreign policy and security team are all against the Iranian regime and the nuclear agreement. They are all with toppling the Iranian republic regime.

He confirmed that “the current Republican majority in the Congress is against Obama’s policies related to dealing with the Iranian regime. This majority might seize the opportunity during Trump’s tenure to make up for the past and direct a military strike against Iran.

Alarabiya

CC: to those Iranians who praised Trump during his campaign.
Iran is becoming a menace for all its neighbors. They have been recruiting young Shias from Pakistan to fight their dirty wars in Arab countries.

Pathetic Iranians are racist as hell. These people should fight their own wars. But me saying this does not mean I have affinity for Arabs either. Arabs and Iranians are racist and deserve to bomb and destroy each other to oblivion.

Yeah can't wait till you Arabs grow a pair and launch a strike yourself or do you need uncle Sam to carry your balls for you?

Can't you just see that Uncle Sam wanted to do it himself? Do you think we have a power to dictate to Uncle Sam what we want? We are obviously not that influential over a Super Power, but you have to realize that Uncle Sam has its own agendas that he knows how to implement. And make no mistake, Uncle Sam knows what is best for him, and he doesn't spend a penny unless he is sure he will make two afterwards.

Turkey won't like this lol.

From the GCC's point of view, supporting Kurdish independence in order to contain both Turkey and Iran at the same time is actually a very sound strategy.

But the GCC should be prepared for a high-intensity war if the US goes to war with Iran.

The GCC is not involved in the Kurdish cause, and should not. The Kurdish state is already emerging in both Iraq and Syria with a direct supervision and assistance of the US. Turkey may not be able to do anything if at least the Kurdish state is established in some parts of the Greater Kurdstan. The Super Powers don't start it from scratch. They EXPLOIT any political unrest and achieve what they want afterwards.

And what about Balochistan? :D

Balochistan, Azerbejan, Al Ahwaz, and Turkmen areas in Iran (in addition to the Kurdish areas) should all be given at least autonomy. They have been unfairly ruled centrally by the Persians for a long time.
