Will regard Pakistan as brother when in power, seek ties on mutual respect: Afghan Taliba

.
I have to agree with whatever Taliban leader said. He is absolutely right. Taliban are Afghans and Afghanistan belongs to Afghans, not Americans occupiers or their stooges installed in Kabul.

. . .
Slave trading nations were:
Britain
Portugal
France
Spain
Holland

And the Arabs. And dominant black tribes in Africa themselves.

(Oh BTW, the first slaves in USA were actually Irish.)

. . . .
Sure ... but after slave trade was abolished, these western nations colonised Africa and looted\killed even more!

They just followed the Arabs. That was the way of the world in the days gone by, and it was sadly not unique.

. .
The rough translation is apologizing to mai baap for having given shelter to OBL, we will never make this mistake again, and our barey bhai in Pakistan will keep us in line since we will kowtow to them once again. And barey bhai wants to wrap this up quickly in order to save the economy on hold.

It will all work out quite well, you see. :D

I do not think some one who took the complete technological and military might of the western empire and came out victorious should be given any-thing but respect, their resilience have earned it, you should respect them as equals.

There is no respect in international geopolitics, only enduring national interests. The Taliban will need to offer their assurances that USA will not be attacked ever again from that region, and Pakistan is perhaps best placed to offer the needed verification. That is all there is to it.

So I guess insulting a potential, resilient future ally would be beneficial for the national interest of Pakistan?, without respect nothing can be accomplished.

It is definitely in Pakistan's national interests to offer the guarantees needed to have the Taliban assurances accepted by USA, so that it can be helped to rescue its own economy.

.
The Afghan people were not really happy with the Taliban when they were in power last time, and i have no reason to believe they will be happy this time either.
