At present we need subs more urgently.. 5th gen fighter for navy can wait 10 more years comfortably.

not really...carriers will play a huge part in our wars...it is essential for us to maintain the superirity we have held for years....

as for subs, we do have around 14 i believe.....we will be getting an akula..also the arihant will be commissioned pretty soon...
add to that, 6 scorpenes from france and project 75l......
and we have our covered for the next few decades....from the pakistani side at least......
