It's not just the Zaireen, Pakistani's in general are like that, the bulk of which is constituted by the establishment. They are careless and don't bother with anything unless it's too late. i think this corona spread is not only due to iran as u.s and many other nations are also badly affected by it although no iran pilgrims go there,this virus was expected to reach Pakistan as many people from china,iran europe,u.s and other nations affected by it were allowed to travel to Pakistan and they carried this virus with them
