Wasnt the RCD under Ayub Khan in the 1960s the same plan to have inter regional goals

That was economic and it's dormant right now, we need a defensive treaty, defensive only because otherwise the West will go full berserk, imagine one day the news comes out of the blue

Well the RCD became dormant after 1979 and was defunct by 1985 however after like 1993 the ECD was formed with the former Soviet Republics of Central Asia that has only gained traction since the late 2000s and somewhat dormant due to political uncertainties in Pakistan and Iran
