Bangladeshis generally do menial jobs in India and contribute to the economy through hard work in exchange for meagre wages, whereas most Indians are gainfully employed in attractive jobs in Bangladesh, earning handsomely and remitting millions of dollars to India.

Fill with bogus? More like you cannot accept reality that you have a smaller budget than PN. PN go for ST2000 AIP sub while you go for 2 Ming sub.
Myanmar is very unlikely get for Chinese sub becos another of their rival Thai navy has buy ST2000. There is a reason why they go for Kilo training. 99% they will go for Kilo.

Let the bummers buy anything they want from Russia. By the time they receive their first two subs we will have 4-5. They can buy ,many things,but they can't buy time or the experience that come with that.

And like PN is paying you that money in one go.

Our subs are not targetted for small fish but the bigger ones. MM should understand that.
