There are many factors causing a currency to fall
1. Economics 101 tells us that when you increase money supply, currency(US dollar or any other currency) falls consequently. when you look at gold price in the past decades, you will clearly see what the trend is.
2. The other important phenomenon is currency wars(like USD-Yuan currency war in 2015) which can depreciate a currency.
3. ....
Currencies are always in a fight to survive and maintain their value. knowing when a currency is going to collapse is not something trivial, and this type of predictions(prophecies) look unrealistic.
