The IAF's 1000 crashes is since 1947, that is more than 67 years. USAF has crashed almost half that number of F-16s alone, in 40 years. And the F-16 is a safer and easier aircraft to fly than most of the aircrafts flown by India in that time. Now do add all the other crashes they have had, of course after subtracting the ones used by NASA.

Long story short - India's 1000 crashes is not a world record. Period.

In simple words we can say that your IAF technicians are not up to the mark.Thats why there have been so many crashes.Even in similar air forces,crash rate is pretty low compared to IAF.

As for PAF flying hours ... Do you have any source to prove your claim ? Why don't you check F-16.net for PAF Viper pilots with thousands of flying hours ? (Some have hundreds of hours on PLAAF SU-30MKK too).

Perhaps you should take in consideration the "broke" PAFs kills against your country or the israeli or the Russians ? Or the afghans .. Or perhaps their performances during international ex's.

Marines, navy don't use F-16s. Only the USAF does. If you want to add the aircrafts of the USN and marines, by all means, do so. The number will be even higher.

I have no idea how you gathered that from my post. The point was quite the opposite - even the USAF, arguably the best AF in the world, has more crashes than the IAF. The reason is simple, because they have more planes and fly more hours. The IAF's crash history is not a world record, far from it.

Something doesn't become a record once a specific number is reached. By "world record", it is meant that the figure in question is the highest anywhere in the world. IAF's number of crashes is not a world record.
