I think you just underestimate the situation.the drug is also a big and challenging problem in Pakistan Punjab side and this situation is becoming critical day by da. In my observations the use of drugs has become a fashion among the youth.Punjab got should take a serious notice.

but here we are talking about powdered and refiined drugs like herione
not marijuana which is being used here in almost every village for like centuries now
