WHY Pakistanis don't like the US?

9/11 and after 9/11 US attitude... the reason Pakistan hate Americans

Main points are two wars started by US against Muslims countries (Afghanistan & Iraq). Half population already hate US because of Iran/Iraq and Kuwait/Iraq War because that was the time when US entered in this Area and made their bases everywhere. After 1999 when US applied sanctions .... then 9/11 (Start two wars against Muslims and killed millions of Muslims everywhere). Also one perspective is UNITED NATION whom slogan is involve in peace but unfortunately they are "Uninvolved in Peace" everywhere and just peruse American/Israel policies everywhere.

Than attitude towards Pakistan. Another reason is supporting India since 2005 everywhere. Defaming Muslims especially Pakistani. offering state of the art weapons to India. Also another reason is daily drone strikes, breach border lines. 90% majority perception is US supporting many elements who were creating so much unrest in Pakistan. Also fund TTP and other terrorist organizations. One perspective is US defaming Muslims and creating problems for Pakistan also threatening and create media war against Pakistani's. Each and every failure of US; US put blame on Pakistan.

So there is not only one issue. But keep in mind Pakistani's never ever hate USA. They hate US govt ( s ) and their policies towards Pakistan.

@TK One example..

Pak & Indian members, if you have nothing to add positively, don't troll or bring in insulting comments.

Don't complain later when Infractions are given.

Pressler Amendment and a decade of sanctions is not propaganda. Its a fact and truth.

As said, major hate among Pakistanis started due to Pressler Amendment and the actions later on and still going on. There is nothing for propaganda to do, educated Pakistanis have link to free media and press and internet and we can very well establish who is our friend and who is an enemy and who has what for us.

Come on TK, who wanted people to eat grass for the nuclear weapon.. When a superpower country then your ally told you it could not help if you make a Nuke why was that famous political propaganda created?

Pakistan was depended on America. It knew that US will be forced to put sanctions because of the nuke, Pakistan had become used to US aid both in military and economy that it hurt them most when the sanctions came through. The price was paid for the weapon again on the rhetoric of Indian aggression, which India historically never showed.. For Pakistan it was again an external factor.

The consequences of those mistakes, US sanctions, lies squarely with the leaders who did not understand US position on the issue..

Nukes is something else. Had US been so much concerned, they should have sanctioned us way back when we started our nuke program. Issue is betrayal. They knew we had nukes way back, but they used us for defeating their enemy, the USSR. Once that was achieved, they brought in sanctions and abandoned Afghanistan & Pakistan, that is why Afghanistan is a mess today, had US not left on that time, things may have been different.

And sanctions did not hurt us as much as they would have liked, otherwise we would have not made a nuke nor continued it. We still grew economically.

You fail to remember the Indian aggression rhetoric after the Indian nuke tests, then again after the fake Indian parliament attack when Indian army in majority was mobilized, Operation Brasstacks & its much debated objectives etc etc are all examples of Indian aggression rhetoric. I know it would be impossible for you to understand as India is the most peaceful nation on Mars, but still i am trying.

And as for US, its position always changes as per its own requirement. Today its good with you, tomorrow it will be your enemy. Today it will support terrorist, dictators, murderers, tomorrow for its own purposes, it will be killing the same. American history of last 50-60 years is full of such examples. In our case, it was betrayal and nothing else, they first used and then abandoned, nukes was not the real issue, had that been the real issue, then why the massive economic and military aid in the 80s when we were making nukes and whole world knew that. Americans are just hypocrites.

And as for our leaders, the least said the better.

Please look at it this way: There are no friends or enemies in international geopolitics, only the pursuit of national interests. What you describe as hypocrisy or fickleness or "betrayal" of US policies is merely adaptation to ever-changing global circumstances, nothing else. Indeed, it points out the ability of Pakistani policies to adapt where needed.

Those who do not adapt pay the price. Simple.

Well, if that is your yardstick to measure, then plz don't complain about the double games being played by Pakistan. Or plz ask the Americans representatives to not complain when we play double games, as their own history is rich with these double games.

Everyone has to see to its own national objectives. Right ??

Yes they dint when it was not out into the open, US turned a blind eye as Nixon did in 1971 to the reports of genocide. I agree that the mess Afghanistan created is on US but Pakistan or Zia was too willing to get in bed with US, had he thought pragmatically back then of not using religion as a tool to bring down soviets.. Pakistan would have been a better place, but then he had to create that external factor of Soviets reaching for the warm waters, am I wrong?

Fake attack on Parliament? Does it help to be arrogant here?

At least with India it was rhetoric on news channels, Pakistan went ahead and started wars with us. For a country which actively pursues insurgency and terrorism it is not a rhetoric but a warning indeed.. Was Kargil not fresh in our minds?

True, but only if you give it the opportunity to play..

Pakistanis hate Americans because that nation has killed more innocent then the entire world combined. The very foundation of that nation is built upon the blood and corpses of Red Indians. They nuked two entire cities and killed millions just because they had to show off their super power status. They killed 5 million Iraqi infants by their sanctions because they wanted to bring Iraqi government down and their secretary of state had the audacity to boast about it during one of her interviews. From Vietnam to Cambodia to Iraq and Afghanistan, innocents have suffered from the hands of this country.

The media can sugarcoat all it wants, but the fact remains that there is no limit to American barbarity and cruelty. And its not only Pakistanis, most countries hate America!

I know truth hurts, but i also understand you have to show your arrogance here too.

I do hope before blaming us, you also look at your own record. We both have ours hands full with things against each other.

The most barbaric act by America had already been committed by US, why the military assistance was not rejected by Pakistanis then?

It is not in common Pakistani's hands to accept or reject military assistance. Unfortunately we are no bodies when it comes to running our own country.

Refer to my last post.

Btw do you deny these claims ?

If you cannot discuss without terming something we all saw as fake, whether with direct support from Pakistan or not.. Put it on the table to discuss, but India was hardly the topic here.. I was pointing out what I said before that external force had to be portrayed to keep Pakistan together.. Do you have anything to add?

US always tries to manipulate things for itself and its can not be tolerated by any nation with self esteem. Pakistan Govt have committed some serious mistake in past and accept the offerings from US without knowing the future outcomes now US wants to handle Pakistan like their puppet. US doesn't care much about any country whatsoever...US is nobodies friends and thats why India
never believe blindly on US Govt. official. US always wants to spread chaos so that it can prove dominance in every region of the world, And Of course Pakistani people doesn't like US attacks on their motherland..nobody will but US actually dont care about Pakistani..they doesn't care about anyone EXCEPT U.S.

Here is an American Muslim's funny way pointing it out...
