Im not gonna talk about drone strikes because it'll anger the shit out of some people but will tell you one thing that the base from which drones flew and the strikes, both the govt and establishment knew about it. Even that certain airspace was given by us to US to conduct strikes. So are these the "OUR PEOPLE" you taking about?
2. This policy of protecting certain people even if they have a criminal track record has done more damage to this country than any other can. It posits the idea that the CIA took aafia and her 6 year old child, while another was mysteriously still missing and turned up at the family home years later. Tell me why any agency would choose to babysit 2 children - that too separately - only to release them all years later?

Tellingly, in FBI interviews she says jihad is more important than her children. Which probably explains better what she was up to.

This womans best friends were all terrorists, her husband is on record saying she is a jihadi. She is on record trying to purchase night vision equipment.
