Its not only salary, all their basic needs - food, housing, medical and education facilities for whole family are taken care by govt.

All members get 2 full bonus (each bonus equal to full salary) and a partial bonus in a year.

Also, on rotation almost all army members earn good amount from UN program. Army and defense trust provide opportunities for financial gains for all members of armed forces.

That is why indians tried to be recruited in disguise in BA army. But shameless indians will always run their cheap mouth.
