Why most of muslims afraid of discussing their religion? ?

Note:- this is not a religious thread.

I just want to ask a legal question.

I have never found a Hindu , Christian or jew who afraid of discussing their faith.

I discussed with many of them as i was researching on religions.

Yes... many of them don't have actual knowledge of their own faith but they got never offended but discussed whatever they knew.

But once i was trying to research on Islam and i went to mosques , met many mullahs and scholars. Some of them refused to discuss and told me to read the Quran first. I told them i have already read Quran three time very deeply. Thats why im here bcz it raised many questions in my minds. So i want to discuss it .

They had given me time but never met again on that time.
Then i tried online but onliner muslims gets offended easily and started abusing and run away from discussion.

The best example of my legal question is here on PDF.
PDF itself has banned discussing Islam.
So why Muslims afraid of discussing their faith??
Does muslims afraid of criticism of their religion or fear of Allah raising questions ??
Any idea....?

I think youbhavebthat wrong way round. I have lived in the West all my life. Religion and politics are frowned upon. Muslims discuss religion without reservation. I have no idea where you got your twisted from but it's not normal or logical.

On PDF it's banned because what does PDF stand for?. Besides religious discussions always end up badly with people's emotions hurt.

I want to discuss with proofs on another thread. So i requested to the mods to give permission to discuss on a banned topic.

Say the one who "openly" started to quote verses and ask the famous "But Why ?"...

Cow is a political tool in India. And it is not banned for only muslims. It is banned for all communities to consume, but in some states. Not in the whole of India.
Why is it banned? ?
Bcz some northern part Hindu community consider cow a holy animal. So in respect of sentiments of these communities some northern states banned beef and to gain their vote bank.

Your soul goes to heaven or hell on the day of judgement, before that it exists in an intermediary stage which can either be pleasant or terrible for the individual.

Your soul is what makes you human, it's not something tangible.

there are very few scholars who can satisfy the tough questions asked by non muslims. majority of them dont have in depth knowledge of quran and hadiths. secondly many poeple ask questions for the sake of asking questions and argue for the sake of arguing to satisfy their ego and win a debate. the light cant enter into a proud and stubborn heart and mind. as far as PDF or any other social media site is concerned well the people with real knowledge about religion usually dont discuss it on social media. majority of the users are teenagers and people in there 20s who dont even have the manners to have a discussion on a forum. very soon the discussion turns into a heated debate and ends up calling names to each other. if somebody really wants to know about islam he can easily get it through Quran aided by listening to learned islamic scholars. the difference of opinion does exist among scholars and its natural provided they dont create differences for their own ego and status.

Thanks for the reply ..I wanted definition of soul but it's features you are giving ..So according to you soul enjoys or suffer here itself when there is body ..and it will still be there after death but without body ..Why should soul suffer or enjoy partially here and partially after the judgement ?Why this enjoyment or suffering before the judgement ? What are the process of giving punishment or enjoyment after the judgement ?I know it's easy to question ..but here I am asking fundamental question on which everything is standing ..I hope to get definite answer for this fundamental question ?

I have asked to Islamic scholars too and read the whole Quran. I have only found one calculsion. Only Muslims can enter jenaah, converted or by birth Muslims.

Again...don't generalize billions of Muslims based on ur experience with a few that probably don't even go past double digits. How many scholars/Muslims did u approach? 10? 20? 50?

Asking ppl online is usually not a good idea. Just look at YouTube comments...or PDF...or any other forum. Educated/mannered(of any nationality/religion/ethnicity) ppl are hard to come by.

PDF didn't ban religious discussion out of fear. This is a defence forum. Discussing religion can invite trolls/bigots whose sole purpose is to spew hatred, which would only hurt sentiments and invite more hate speech and bigotry from the opposite side. In terms of discussing defence matters, how would that be good for this forum? It would only degrade its quality further.

As for u only painting discussions about Islam as the only religion that's forbidden from being discussed on PDF...that's simply false. PDF has the same rules for all religions.

On a separate note...it's highly likely that this claim below by u is a lie

I've seen/read ur posts over the years...and none of that indicates that u have any such understanding of Quran.

Even bible has one God concept. Islam has no copy right of one God. One God had been sold long before Quran appeared.

no one can understand Quran without having faith in his heart. giving it a read doesnt make anybody scholar of Quran.
