You too the example of other faith because you wanted to understand Hinduism better w.r.t other faiths. You were more comfortable with the tenets of other faiths and the terminology of other faiths. e.g blasphemy.

You can be a atheist and still be a hindu, only you still have to follow dharma and live as per dharma.

Which means you do not have to kill cows just because you think god told you so, you do not kill a cow because it is unethical and immoral to do so.

But if you are a atheist and still kill a milch cow and worse, eat it, you are certainly not part of Hindu society. You become a out caste.

I do think that a ban is just like blasphemy in other faiths.

Now you are defining do and donts of karma. What is your Karma? is the question every human being is being asked and try to find out.

Yeah. I have seen this plenty in both Bengalis and the Secular mallus here. Their understanding of Hinduism is entirely based on their understanding of Christianity and Islam. They simply have no clue about Hinduism. Nor the intelligence to grasp it.

Now you sound exactly like the mulla brigade, that you do not know the faith, learn it...our way lead to the truth.

Not everybody has to become a Rishi or a Sanyasi to figure out dharma or his karma. There are Hind scriptures that help you figure it out. You just have to read it, better still go to a guru to learn it and understand it.

I am not defining them, the scriptures define them. I am only talking about it.

Reservations are provided by the Law for "out castes". Which means it is recognized by the LAW. It was in response to what you said about the Law not recognizing "out castes". What is so confusing about this ?
There is no outcasts. 'Out' of the society. Only those who are poor and below the line in social set up. You mean to say those babas are SC/ST. Or SC/STs are outcastes.?

Nope, I do not. Concept of Dharma/Adharma, Neeti, Reeti are as old as time in Hinduism. If you do not want to follow any of this and indulge in practices which harms society, then you an Adharmi. If anything your arguments are like those of mullahs for whom only unseen God is the central tenet and everything else is irreverent. Which is exactly the opposite of Hinduism, because Hinduism works on the concept of everything is sacred.

Trust me you have to find out your karma, there is no short cut and laws. The best example is Gita, where the 'Karma' is slaughtering your own blood relatives. I think cow slaughtering will be lesser sin than killing relatives.

LOL. Where do you think the english term "out caste" came from ?

Dalits were "out castes". Tribals were. So Ya, SC/ST were out castes. Though they were not related to relgion in later times.

Rad Gita again,

Are they not the citizens of India?

Dumb. Karma was not slaughtering of own blood relatives, but of Adharmis or those who sided with Adharma. Cows have not done any adharma for you to slaughter them. If you slaughter them, you are Adharmi and that is your Karma. If I do not stop you from doing adharma, then even I get the bad karma for it. Hence Hindus will support the ban on Cow slaughter.

Whenever we buy once in a while, we make sure that it is a buffalo.

Your cow meat ban affects every citizens of India, including the naga babas, other faith people etc.

I do not see any Naga baba's protesting cow ban. If anything they are huge supporters of cow slaughter ban.

LOL. Naga baba's don't eat beef. In fact they will kill you if they see you kill a cow.

A ban on rape affects every citizen of India, especially those horny teenagers who have no other way of releasing their sexual frustration, not to mention all those women fantasizing about rape etc.

Maybe the law should allow that ? After all we do not want peoples' "Freedom" to be curtailed.

Now you are defining what is Dharma and Adharma. It is relative term depending upon situation. and You did not understand my previous post too. You directly put 'adarmi' tag on cow slaughters. Lord Krishna slaughered on cow once, so he is adarmi?

You did not understand.. They roam without dress, can you? they can eat humen flesh. can you?

It is illegal to roam without dress, so what is the action against them? Because we, including other faith's people understand their faith and accept it. The same way, understand and accept other's taste.
