Why is the casualty rate high among PAF fighter pilots?

Data from Scramble.nl and Aviation Safety and Ejection history.co.uk show that 14 PAF fighter pilots lost their lives in 24 fighter jet crashes since 2012; In the same time period 7 USAF, 1 RAF & 4 IAF fighter pilots died in crashes.

What's the recent for thishgh casualty rate?
