2. Hong Kong have merged with china when china was reaching its peak, there was economic boom, stability and military power at zenith.

3. In case of pakistan even its biggest naval base Mehran or Pak Army's GHQ are not safe. Economy is shattered, drone attacks, osama operation by USA, ethnic cleansing, liberation/freedom movements, terrorism, extremism and what not.

4. But if you apply the same logic of Hong Kong on India its fits to the tee. Economy is booming, stability, military power is rising and development is on rocket speed.

Let me add except for foreign policy and military Hong Kong is independent to make whatever decisions be it economic,relations,system of governance etc in these things china has no control over Hong Kong and Macau till 2049,even the chinese folks born and brought up in these 2 SAR's since 2-3 generations till tourist's "once it is 2049 everything here will be (puts finger on his lips signifying you know what)"

Oh and not to mention Indian Passport holders need no visa if they are visiting Hong Kong for upto 14 days,whereas pakistani's need visa before arrival.
