Why is South Indian food different from North Indian food?

Is " Sambar " South Indian Food ?

It is mixed with white rice or had with dosa and idily.

I dont eat porridge ...and under cooked can be fried with some salan to make it cooked ...problem solved :dirol:
Dont know, if you have to rush at 8.30 am and still wonder about undercooked things, well they will be digested eventually unless u drank some more porridge.
You should eat Porridge its big thing in eastern countries,My grandpa also used to eat that time and go on a walk of 4kms and he died at 99yrs(He started smoking sutta(Desi rolled up tobacco leaves since he was9 yrs old till he died, he never had disease or health problems. )
But he slept early and got up early-Sleep Early(7-10pm and wake up early(4-6)am.Thats the mantra to living long

Yes. But their fault lies in marketing these dishes as American food to the unsuspecting populace, both within US and outside it. Imagine if McDonalds were to sell the Lassi in Africa. It would be wrongly attributed by many there to be an American invention.
