Why is South Indian food different from North Indian food?

Dude you dont boil Pasta for 2 mins...it is still hard just like real noodles! its not instant noodles well unless you buy the instant pasta

He is talking about Instant Maggi mix which takes 2 minutes to cook .....

 You sure you havent been eating raw pasta? I cook mine for 10 mins easily!
yeh bhi koi baat hai,Ex- always used to undercook things lol. But liked it,shouldn't have preference for such food/type/thing etc. Food is food eventually unless its beef !

I think there's some misunderstanding here. The fish in question isn't Baklava, but perhaps Baccala...and the dish is Italian, not French.

I think I got confused by their pronunciation of the term Baccala .... Baccala is a Salt Cod mainly used in dishes in Portugal.

Baklava is a dessert in Middle east.

no no...under cooked pasta can be nasty for the stomach...
Well i never cared as long as it fills mine stomach and those under cooked pastas will be burned next day.
One example if Rice is half boiled cos you added less water or too boiled cos you added more water would you eat it or not? This simple question can answer you.

I guess so. Trust me, authentic vegetarian French cuisine is a big let-down.
