What's new

Why is Rahul baba still in politics ?

.
Let me point out the horrifying part of this whole drama.

It is not the Modi supporters who are dying. The Modi supporters are, one lot of them, among the 'new' middle class, those hordes from the villages who rushed into the cities and towns, mortgaged their parents' land to get an education in a capitation fee college, and then got a well-paying job as a techno-coolie. They are mildly affected, or not affected at all.

The other lot are the ones just below, the banias and the self-employed, working in odd jobs in the towns; the security guards, the van drivers, the shop assistants, and the like. They too are relatively less affected than the general average.

It is the poor, who have no chance of attracting Modi or Mota Bhai's attention, the migrant labourer, the slum dweller, the peasants, the domestic servants, all those who are most vulnerable, who are dying.

This bunch of foul vultures don't care for the poor. They know the poor are too scattered to return the bulk numbers that the Modista needs so badly for the polls. So the poor can die. Their vote doesn't count.

Actually he's quite reasonable. The hate-Pappu cult is an artificial cult assiduously cultivated by the BJP IT Cell.
Let's be honest. The Gandhis have not endeared themselves to anyone by cultivating their entire chamcha brigade. Those who actually worked for the Congress - Mamta Bannerjee, YSR and his family, Sharad Pawar now have their own fiefdoms in each of their states. If the Congress wishes to survive, they can't just hope to ride out the BJP wave - they need to get rid of the Gandhis.

I'm sorry for those two young people, but you're right.

What I do not understand, is why the Baamans are so much in knots over Rahul Gandhi. The amount of attention he gets from the baamans borders on obsession. They keep insisting again and again and again what loser he is etc etc.

For all of the failures of Rahul Gandhi, there seems to be some raw nerve that he touches of the baamans.

No one can deny (not even a repugnant media source like Republic World) that Rahul Gandhi gave advanced warning to BJP government to take the COVID-19 crisis seriously...as advanced as late January 2020.

The entire BJP has been caught sleeping on the job. This is the worst planning ever. First they go for a late lockdown (as late as March 24), and then they open early. Then they have sporadic lockdowns all over the country.

Here in Singapore, in Italy, Spain, and many other countries, people are already enjoying a cappucino at their favorite cafe (with social distancing, of course). Will India see any such luck in a very long time?

In any civilized country, the incumbent government would have collapsed for ignoring a pandemic crisis of this level.

Modi, Amit Shah, and all other responsible BJP jokers should hang from telephone poles for their stupid decisions which caused tens of thousands of extra deaths.

On THIS job?

ON EVERY F**KING FRONT, ON EVERY F**KING DECISION!

Not before November earliest, and not before 10 to 20,000 poor people have died.

Modi, Amit Shah, and all other responsible BJP jokers should hang from telephone poles for their stupid decisions which caused tens of thousands of extra deaths.

Amen!

For all of the failures of Rahul Gandhi, there seems to be some raw nerve that he touches of the baamans.

He is the only one left in India who still dares to speak the exact truth without fear of repercussions.

Even I don't think Rahul Gandhi is a very successful politician, he's practically burying the Congress party. Why I like him so much? For standing up to the entire might of BJP...alone.

We can wish for Modi all we want but he is not above initiating a genocide of Muslims in India under some filmsy pretext.
The genocide was always there. It was covered up quite well.

It was always there in Kashmir long before Modi and the BJP came in power. The only difference is that now its spread and their own citizens feel they can contribute alongside their Police. There are plenty of examples during the anti-CAA riots in New Delhi to give a clearer picture.

[...aur hum nay Indian muslims ka thikha leya howa hai?]
Indian Muslims are very much against us Pakistanis and voice their opinion in the open. Now, perhaps their views may have shifted (slightly) in our favor - as far as opinion is concerned, but in the end: They are still Proud Indians, as they should be.
Kashmir is the only thing that should be on our mind. We should have a neutral stand about the treatment of Muslims Worldwide, be it Palestine, India, China or Europe (Islamophobia).

Which two young people?

I have a different take on this. Without the Gandhis, the Congress will simply cease to exist as a national party and go the route of the Janata Dals, with each local leader running his fiefdom.

That is precisely why the BJP focuses on removing the Gandhis (and the extraordinary attention on the family in every sphere; and the focus of this thread as well). They are the only entity within the Congress that is not for sale. Everyone else can be sold and/or managed.

Which two young people?

What is Baaman?

Brahman. Colloquial slang.

Brother, any Pakistani wishing for another Modi government term in India is doing great disservice to India's Muslims, as well as other oppressed people.

But giving a bad-dua is not a crime in any jurisidiction of the world. One thing you must know that if this genie of Narendra Modi and his cult is not sent back to the bottle, even Pakistan will face the heat, and suffer the consequences.

This is Hitler on steroids

Rahul Gandhi is the only person standing between BJP's dream of turning India into a Hindu country.
