I don't know in past Charas rakhna was a crime but charas peena was fine.

Bro in past he used to smoke charas but now especially at night as per sources he like cocaine since many people came to meet him and he can't drink alcohol since it smells bad.

Great idea but IK has already committed to answering a much more wider populous than PDF in promising to have public Q/A session every week to answer caller's queries...

Given the limited spare time he would have running the country, he could however still have such a session on PDF once every quarter or so time period. It all depends on his priorities and preferences.
