If handing him over has guranteed improvment of friendship, hand him over. One man is far less important than relationsjip between two countries. All you're doing is have him face trial there. If he's innocent, let him prove himself with the help of gov't.

Hafiz Saeed has publicly and clearly denied any involvement in the Mumbai attacks or the attacks on the consulate in Herat. The lack of any evidence implicating him in terrorist acts can be seen by the fact that the US issues a $10 million reward for INFORMATION that would implicate HS in terrorist attacks.

What more can one expect from a nation that hid Osama and took money to find him !
