Defense spending if produce locally help with social uplifting. Other than that, defense spending is must have, all western countries spend more than Pakistan. Pakistan needs to improve exports and domestic production and tax collection. That how SS works

Other countries have achieved high defense spending by first increasing high spending on education and this is not case with Pakistan we rely on china and other countries for many high technology weapons .
