Keep them hooking to merry go round. A new charge sheet after a week and then another after a month abd then bck to zero again.
In India cases get dragged on for years before it comes to a conclusion. All this while you think they found the culprit only to realize the courts have granted them bail. Just like they released Lakvi on lack of evidence here too courts rule on the same basis.
In case of Samjhota, it was our own intelligence officers who unearthed the link between Hindu outfits and the blasts. All the suspects who they thought were behind the bombing were let go because of lack of evidence. Even Aseemanand who initially confessed to crime came back to court to allege police brutality for his confession. He was released on bail last year.
With the bail of Aseemanand, three other accused in the same case, Lokesh Sharma, Rajinder Chaudhary and Kamal Chauhan are expected to get relief. They all are in Ambala jail.
