why do we mix english words in urdu language

By the way my Grandpa was fluent in Punjabi, Arabic, German, Farsi, Hindkow, Punjabi, Sereiki, Urdu, English, Pashto & some Bengali but the ironic thing is that despite being an ethnic Kashmiri himself he couldn't speak a word of Koshur (the language of Kashmir Valley !)

Nani was Qizalbash, my mother can speak fluent farsi as can my cousins from my mothers side. Your Grandfather sounds like a very accomplished man, Mashallah. I wish i could pick up farsi, only know a few phrases like hale shoma chetor ast? etc...
