Why do Pakistanis hate Hindus when it was actually the Sikhs they massacred and got massacred by?

Sikhs who ruled United Punjab and then some were led like puppets? I am glad that you added the caveat "I may be wrong".

That is not completely true. They did resist. In Ramgarh, Bihar the Sikhs killed their CO, seized trucks to drive to Punjab and retake the temple. 9th Sikh in Rajasthan mutinied. Their whole battalion was disbanded in '85. Another unit mutinied in Nagorta too. And remember they comprised almost 30% of Indian Army. But the point is, India handled it's minority issues comparatively better than other contemporary ethnically diverse countries, be it Pakistan or African countries. The creation of linguistic states and Nehru's reluctant agreement on caste reservation had acted as cross cutting of existing identity cleavages. So, more than a Master-Servant attitude (that in fact resulted in bifurcation of Pakistan) few conciliatory measures by Indian leadership in early 50's saved India's integrity.

The OP asked "And why do you still (feign?) love the Sikhs?". I am not saying what is right or wrong or true or false. Just what the general view is regarding Sikhs and Hindus on this side of border. You evidently disagree though.

1984 ZINDABAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..........................8-)

The indian army sorting out the "sikh problem" in 1984 was sweet retribution for us Pakistanis. Long live Operation Bluestar
1984 ZINDABAD!
I don't want to derail the thread, but I think general Pakistani understanding of the capability of the Indian leadership to keep their country united is a very limited one. The Sikhs were the largest homogeneous group in Indian Army since centuries. It did not change after '47 despite some of the civilian leadership's apprehension about the risk of ethnic homogeneity against a civilian political rule. More surprisingly, it did not change either even after the assassination of Mrs.Gandhi. The Sikhs are still the largest homogeneous stock in Indian army. Over the last 70 years, Indians have mastered to handle its ethnic, linguistic and religious diversity issues in some way which is generally little difficult to understand in Pakistan, I am afraid. You don't have much chances of success here.

This thread makes me wanna vomit.

I wouldn't say it's something that I take any sort of satisfaction from, I have no opinion on the matter of some Sikhs demanding Khalistan or what happened in 1984. Khalistan is dead, it's been kept alive by some older generation Sikhs outside of India and when they are gone, so too will die the demand for Khalistan.

Although I condemn all acts of violence towards a religious building, I think the Indian Sikhs have made their decision. Let them live with it. No extra hate from my side for Hindus or Sikhs.

My issue with India is national in nature, I don't care if it's an Indian Hindu, Sikh or Muslim. While on the other hand, a Pakistani Hindu or Sikh is my brother and I will gladly give my life for them.

Not just the leadership ; they do not understand our society at all

Leadership is any way the result and product of the society

This was particularly sick. Pardon the pun.

You, my friend, just refuted the Two Nation Theory.

They hate Hindus for FOUR reasons

DIVISION of Punjab and Bengal in 1947

Conquest of Hyderabad

Conquest of Kashmir

Defeat of 1971
And because of idolatry. Kufr. Read Saeed Naqvi's book.

Nah. Just took steroids and got bigger. Become the "3 nation theory".
You are not a Pakistani. Just a Punjabi. :D
