The negative ratings are for mod attention to highlight trolling/breaking of rules which will eventually get you banned. I don't care for the idiocy in your posts. I never use negative ratings for personal reasons or disagreements.

You are wrong on two parts. Forgive me for being blunt here.

1- Report is for mod attention, when you rate someone mods or admins are not notified and neither they go through each post to manually identify what posts are marked negative.

2- The purpose they serve is to make people out of admin and mod group special enough to keep themselves invested in forum affairs. Simple human nature.

3- You do. There are plethora of acutely abusive posts which somehow do not find your attention but you chose post selectively to rate negatively. But I dont blame you, system is designed as such and its behaving in the manner expected out of it. Afterall we have our biases and prejudice.

1. It will make Mods jobs easier when having to review your brilliant contributions, including the one earlier today where you randomly suggested PDF members are mentally stunted. That's why there is a count for negatively rated posts. Someone with dozens of negative ratings stands out as a troll.

2. Our (and your) interest in all things Pak is enough to keep us invested in forum affairs. Plenty of special people around here so either way, nobody really stands out.

3. I don't deny subconscious bias as much as I try to remain neutral, but I am not here to read every post on the forum. However, this being a Pakistani forum, its much easier for an Indian troll to derail topics and start flame wars. The main purpose was to prevent derailing the OP, which is what you attempted earlier.

3. Your 3rd poind, as your action, is biased. There are hardly Indians left on the forum, sane voices muted, gone to hardliners and more than often engage in orgies of Indian mocking.

Absolutely. The problem is the things that often play most important role in your daily life can appear to be mundane. And because of this cheap politicians overlook these because they want to attract dazzle and show. Also they tend not offer so much potential for corruption. Child health is probably the most important. Any of you have a family should know that. Also healthy children reach their potential and contribute fully to society.

Ive seen an “operation theatre” in Rawalpindi with a cloth covering its window to main murree road with car fumes in and out, and with C-sections being performed by midwives!

Forum Pakistani attitudes changed because attitudes of members from India changed- we as admin witnessed it.
