Fast forward to the 80s when then Indian Army Chief Gen Sundarjee warned the PLA to get the hell out of the Somdorongchu Valley in Arunachal Pradesh, the PLA quietly withdrew as they did not want a repeat of the thrashing they got at Nathula.

So, get real and don't keep harping on 1962 like a broken record. Do mention the Nathula and Somdoronchu incidents too where the PLA got a pasting they'll never forget!

If and when they get more power, they want to take their bullyism on the global arena.
