Firstly Pakistan never ceded Kashmir to Chinese....secondly, no Kashmiri has ever come to cry about any ceding done by Pakistanis......thirdly most importantly Pakistan asked China to do development projects....and manage as its difficult uninhabited land, and under the singing, the so-called land will be given back to KASHMIRS , once Kashmir dispute, is resolved eternally....the onus is on India to resolve it ASAP.

Because India is in habit of taking panga with small neighboring countries even with big one like china.
I will give you my opinion Country by country
1- China = India misadventure with china to test her muscle and ended up being defeated miserably and spoil relations with china permanently.
2- Sri Lanka = They wanted to control Sri Lanka by creating ethnic problem they support Tamil Tigers and on the other hand offer military help to Sri Lankan Govt again their malicious plan to play double game failed miserably and ended up bad relations with both resulting bad relation and loss of their P.M Rajiv Ghandhi now Sri Lanka and Tamil both hate India.
3- Bangladesh = They wanted to weaken Pakistan help mukti bahni against Pakistan mukti bahini not only hostile against Pakistan but kill huge number of Bengali people also resulting permanent enmity with Pakistan and created another hostile Muslim country in neighbor they killed their father of the nation Majib ur Rahman giving a message to India they don't like pro Indians. now Bangladesh is quite cordial with Pakistan.
4- Nepal = Again they wanted to control the king and crown prince which they refuse to become Indian puppets so Indian RAW massacre royal family in order to bring pro Inidan politicians but failed result in front of you.
5- Myanmar = They already started misadventure with small country after the deal of JF-17 by claiming to strike inside Myanmar which they strongly condemn and relation already become tense.
6- Pakistan = From the Day first they are hostile resulting a nuclear armed neighbor almost on verge of Nuclear war over Kashmir
India verses Indians
even they did't stop there they try to control Sikhs resulting operation Blu Star killed thousands of their own citizens which resulting khalistan movement
