Airmen are not officers or pilots.
Anyways as clearly mentioned in OP, they are leaving because:

1) Frequent transfers
2) Posting in remote places/environments far away from native homes
3) Lack of promotions
4) Lower pay than airliner ground crew.

Well if all your buffoonery is over , I wanna add something. Ex servicemen are given a Quota in civilian jobs along with age relaxation.

All these people who retire from forces get a nice sum on retirement. So many of them start business and stuff. So many of them become guards in private security agencies at good salary .

They don't see a point in continuing in a physically taxing job when they can earn much better in society.

Those who are good in academics get the best deal. There is a quota for Ex Servicemen in ALL the jobs and cut off in this category go really really low compared to the open Unreserved cut off. It becomes very easy for them to land jobs in civilians bureaucracy.

And yes in the last , there is this reason of facing the Best Air Force of the world PAF. It's pathetic that this realization doesn't dawn upon them in initial years. What can we say , fear of PAF is a slow poison!
