Anyways as clearly mentioned in OP, they are leaving because:

1) Frequent transfers
2) Posting in remote places/environments far away from native homes
3) Lack of promotions
4) Lower pay than airliner ground crew.

You had around 45 soldiers and rest were civilians

India scored a sector victory in the East only. in the west there was little progress and PAF maintained local air superiority.

Why 71. Kargil.

PA left their dead where they were. Did not even claim. What is even worse? PoW or your own 'professional' army refusing to accept you. We just need to calm down and do what we are doing currently. Keep the pressure up and let them be all 'rambo' and 'ghairat'.

PA quickly moves from ghairat to beghairat when the war actually begins. latest version 1999. Not to mention, we claimed surgical strike and then bombed them in their territory. Crossing the IB, mind you. But then, you know, the need to keep up the facade of having the guts to attack became, let us launch a few missiles on some meadows to prove a point.
