Just sharing experiences ... here in Saudi I deal with all sorts. Lessons learned

1. hire 1 Mallu, and soon enough his whole village will be there.
2. Mallu definition of teamwork is inter Mallu communication.
3. When applicant from Hyderabad or Bihar,double check certificates and divide the CV / 10
4. If applicant is from Hyderabad or Bihar or UP, divide efficiency / 10
5. In a team of 10 (hyderabadis + Bihari + Delhi + UP) just one of them will actually work, rest 9 are useless slackers and liars who piggy back the one working.
6. Indians are incapable of giving a straight true answer, they will always try dodge rather than to tackle.

These are real life lessons, learned in real life industry.

You are more immature than I estimated.

Indians population > Pakistan + Saudi Arabia + ( a couple of other countries).

an Indian's principle target is economy, and his own economic well being. Indian can booze, he can dance, sing , and do business.
All of that makes him a better suit with other trading cultures / nations.
Remember the phrase " Chamri jaye lekin Damri na jaye". It is very true when it comes to Indians. They will not let a single cent go.
Spending 1 dollar is a miracle for them.

You want an example, guess who is concerned about fuel cost in Saudi Arabia ? .. go on ...


Pakistanis && Saudis are too involved in religion, tribal culture and other non essential stuff.
The day we can learn to put religion in it's place ....

That's not correct, ADA and DRDO are responsible for the LCA development, HAL is only for the contruction part and that is one of the problems. The agency experienced with managing and planning such project is only sitting in the 2nd row.

Nope, because that doesn't change anything. He is only retiring, without being held accountable for the mistakes, nor will anybody at DRDO be under pressure now for more results and less talk, since that is only possible when you take a hard stand on them and not just by "some" soft reminders in the press now, although it's a good start.

It's actually pretty funny when you think about it- an R&D institution not exactly known for efficiency and speedy work entrusting production to an organisation that is synonymous with delays- what could possibly go wrong??!!
