But ironic how innocent and many unproven people rot in dirty jails who've done nothing while a terrorist who murdered almost 200 Indians, gets to live on government expense. Glorifying a rotten system doesn't make you good.. it means you're inflicting damage on your own conscience by justifying what is wrong.

The dude is perfectly right when they're talking about Kasab. wonder why such court cases are not taken in the hands of common Indians who get into troubles without doing anything wrong. Guess they're not so much a substance for playing politics as Kasab is. Accept it; our laws regarding terrorism are rotten. It won't kill your favourite party's rule.

Only judge has the capability to decide whether he did or not. Video, picture, audio watever needs to be produced before the judge, the whole thing needs to be argued only then a verdict can be given.
Otherwise newspaper, TV journalists will be giving death sentences, you dont want that, do you?

If you think kasab case is running slow, you have no idea about indian judiciary. It is notorious or late verdict,some take 8 to 10 years. Hope this one gets over soon.

Even then, kasab will go to higher court. There it will take time. After that, if he gets death penalty, he can ask presidential pardon. That will take nearly a year.
