Not interested in history or factions, they are good warriors,Sultan Salaudin was Kurdish too. Anyway, it seems you took them very lightly ....another one for you ....They are in very close combat , even during air recce . Without good training, its impossible.Kurds have long fought for an independent State. And are no stranger to oppression be from Turkey, Syria, Iraq, or Iran. Many have been trained, as custom in the neighborhood to fight.
They have revolted against oppression many times, through-out the 20th century. The Iraqi Occupation of Kuwait and subsequent focus on bringing down Saddam Hussein was a god-send.
The PKK, Kurdish Worker's Party, has been fighting Turkey since the 80s. The Peshmerga, 'one who is prepared for death', in Iraqi Kurdistan, has held against even Saddam since 1979.
The Kurds are a people long oppressed by others, unable to face off conventionally or gather support for established powers for a State, they have unified and have the hallmarks of a State. A government, police force, economy, and Military. If these people resemble anyone it'll be the Israelis, who themselves have trained the Peshmerga units in Syria, Iraq, and Iran.
As far as your video shows, any idiot can press a trigger for a bomb....

What you see in second video , its coordinated precision strike, using mortars. Its amazing accuracy. They are extremely well trained by " somebody " . Or you can call a great ambush training .I dont know much Tukish, so offer translation or background. But it's hard to talk about something without the background or history.
If this is a Kurdish unit outpost...
Training and discipline go hand in hand. Kurds have been baptized in fire. And each Kurdish fighter knows the value he/she can bring to creating an independent Kurdistan, so your not going to have any 'Rambo' idiots rushing out of cover to fire their Ak-47s....
It's no secret that since ISIS, American, British, French, and many more special forces branches have been embedded with Kurdish fighters. While Iraq was in Civil War after America overthrew Saddam, the Kurds spent the time unifying and training their military in open fields, and policing their territory. The 'Coalition of the Willing' has trained many Kurdish fighters because everyone knew that they would be necessary to protect N. Iraq.
The fact of the matter is that Kurdish forces have learned to fight over time. And have been helped by many nations, a quick google search will "name names".

In any war, Russian forces ever prove themselves for such type of close combat missions ? . After Afghan war, they reemerge on such type of combat theater(Syria) , may be they polished there combat skill, learning from failures during Afghan war......but...........By the Russian !

Your take on this training ? ...Russia, US , Germany or Israel ?
Yes, Turkey is doing all its efforts to neutralize the Kurds....

You are talking about Irbil offensive . At last moment saved by Iranian army.I'm not sure what this thread is doing in Iranian section?
They are an ally of US right now. I know there are Canadian advisers training them as well. Iran also provided help, weapon and support when ISIS was only 20 km away from their capital. There were even informal news that Iran's mobilized army had entered Kurdish territory overnight to push ISIS back and then returned to Iran the next day.
As of now, they don't have any shortage of supporters. Even Russia would probably empower them to return the favor to Turkey for shooting down their bomber.
