the other point is that whilst we are all getting in a bluster about RD that pak authorities have been totally cognizant in allowing characters like RD into the country, not just a few but thousands, this is a real grave danger and the public need to make democracy work for them by demanding that these people are all removed!

These revelations by the Gen. saab gives support to the fears of a common Pakistani, which actually are being considered as conspiracy theories by many, especially by the foreigners. Setting up and planning of such level and then executing them (to some extent perfectly) needs extensive analysis, pools of information, a lot of resources, and power. So all this leads me to wonder if our intelligence agency is capable of finding those (may it be civilian, govt. person, or people related to the defense sector) who provided grounds for this theater to play by their decisions? A thorough investigation is indeed needed, though I am pretty sure it would be already going, but who knows.
